Firstly, you have to want something – the model helps you identify what that may be. Then you have to know yourself, your team or your organization well enough to know what you need to develop to grow or learn or change.
The journey will be tough at times and therefore leveraging the final element of the model to keep faith or belief at the personal level will show you anything is possible.
