This program is an assessment-based learning experience that helps teams discover what it takes to be more cohesive and productive.  It utilizes All Types™, Wiley’s newest workplace assessment, which is specifically designed for teams that currently use tools based on Carl Jung’s theory of psychological types, like the MBTI® instrument [1] , as their preferred indicator of personality. The great benefit to this program is that it allows teams to connect their existing language and understanding of personality to The Five Behaviours™ model of trust, conflict, commitment, accountability, and results.
